Our Mission
It is the mission of the Laurelton Volunteer Fire Association to support the firefighters of the Irondequoit Fire District (formerly the Laurelton & Ridge Culver Fire Districts).
Many of these brave firefighters volunteer their time to provide emergency response to the residents of the Irondequoit Fire District. These members make significant contributions to the quality of life and safety of our District residents. They sacrifice time away from their families to attend year-round training to provide these services as professionals. Since these members volunteer their time to do this, the Laurelton Volunteer Fire Association provides many benefits for these firefighters and their families in the form of picnics, banquets and other fun outings. Since your tax dollars cannot go towards these events, we put on various fund raisers throughout the year to raise money to provide these benefits.
